Trublu Consulting is an independent transport consulting firm of planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists. We specialize in strategic transport advisory, traffic engineering and road safety and our aim is to make road transportation an exceptional mode of transport.

We are a strong team of highly experienced associates with average industry experience of 15 years working for acclaimed Engineering consultants. We have over 100 years of combined experience in the transportation consulting industry, from Transportation Modelling to Highways Engineering to Artificial Intelligence. Each member of our team have previously worked for acclaimed Engineering consulting firms and Government organisations leading and executing prime infrastructure projects . 

Our operating bases are in India, Hong Kong & UAE and we will be able to provide complete technical support for transport planning, transport modelling & Freight Policy projects in Asia, Middle East and Africa.

We can provide on-demand technical support to consultants and Developers on need-based transport analysis and modelling tasks as well as provide active consulting services on a wide range of Transport planning, Transport Modelling, Traffic Engineering & Freight Policy Development projects.

Trublu Consulting is an associate of Trans-consult Asia; a Transportation management consulting firm with presence in Hong Kong and India, specializes in Traffic and Transport advisory, new technology, data analytics and clean fuel technologies. 

Alok has over 25 years of multi-national experience building and managing large capital transportation projects. He is highly experienced in transportation planning and engineering, public transport strategic planning for improving efficiency, implementation of new technology and smart mobility. He has significant experience in design and planning of many large-scale transport infrastructure projects in South-Asian region. Alok is also the Director of Trans-consult Asia and has previously worked in Senior Management positions with Kowloon Motor bus Company, MVA Consultancy & MTR Corporation.  He is a regular public speaker, UITP trainer and a fellow of the Civic Exchange; a public policy think-tank in Hong Kong.

Aswin is an experienced Transportation Consultant specialised in Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transport Systems. He has more than 12 years’ experience working on policy, planning, design and implementation of transportation systems for the Road Transport Infrastructure industry. His experience spans across projects involving Transportation Assessments, Roads and Parking Design, Freight Policy Development, ITS Design & Implementation and Project Management. Aswin holds a Masters degree from the University of Leeds and he has previously worked with acclaimed International Consultants like Hyder Consulting, MVA, Ramboll and AECOM. Aswin is an accredited Professional Engineer by Engineers Australia, and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Highways and Transportation. 

Jayaraj is an experienced Transport Modeller with over 16 years’ experience in Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering, out of which 13 years in Transport Modelling. He has significant experience in using VISUM, EMME, SATURN & VISSIM working on regional models of London, Dubai, Qatar and Bahrain. He is highly experienced in developing complex transit and highway network models, public transport models & local master plan level models. Jayaraj is highly experienced in developing micro-simulation models of complex road networks. He has previously worked with Hyder Consulting, MVA and Parsons in the UK, UAE, Qatar & India.

Niju has over 14 years of experience working on Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering & Road Safety Project. He has worked for Abu Dhabi Municipality for over 5 years, leading the sector improvement & road safety studies throughout the Emirat. Niju has significant experience in Traffic Engineering Analysis and Design, Transport modelling, Parking Studies, and Traffic Management Studies. He is also highly experienced in using VISSIM, SYNCHRO, SIDRA & HC and developing traffic mitigation measures using VISSIM simulation model. Niju has previously worked for Hyder Consulting, AECOM and KEO in the Middle East

Rajagopal has over 25 years’ experience in the design and construction of highways and roads working on high profile road infrastructure projects in India and Middle East. He is experienced in horizontal design, vertical design, 3D corridor modelling road and the development of tendering and construction documentation.  He manages a team of engineers and technicians in our India office, and has vast experience in project management, construction management, road safety, working on high profile road infrastructure projects in India and UAE. Rajagopal holds a Civil Engineering Degree and he is a Chartered Engineer from the Indian Institution of Engineers and an active member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors .
