She has been based in the region for more than 14 years, including the last 10 years in the UAE, where she has developed a strong understanding of local transport systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Throughout her career, Jodie has demonstrated extensive expertise in road safety audits, having conducted audits for over 15 years across a wide range of project types. Her experience includes safer routes to schools, local safety schemes, community master plans, urban roads, and major expressways. She has worked across both urban and interurban environments, bringing a practical and detail-oriented approach to improving safety outcomes.

Jodie’s work is grounded in a strong commitment to sustainable and user-focused transport planning. Her knowledge of school zone safety, pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure, and safe system principles has contributed to the delivery of safer, more accessible environments across numerous developments.
